Rethinking Democracy & Organizing for Change

This hands-on, interactive training is designed to equip community organizers and just plain disenfranchised Americans with knowledge and skills to understand how our democracy was hijacked, the human rights and values that lie at the core of real democracy, and how to take it back through designing an effective campaign.

Time: three 3.5-hour blocks (actual time varies depending on needs of participants).

Cost: $20 for the manual and associated documents. Links to videos and other resources also provided.

Our Mission

Our goal is to build a popular movement and pass a constitutional amendment to reinstate the primacy of human rights over corporate rights.

We are working to:

  • Inform people of the need to abolish corporate persons.
  • Encourage and assist citizen-driven efforts to pass ordinances.
  • Coalesce these efforts into passing state laws to trigger a national movement for a constitutional amendment.
